All items are curated with lots of attention and care to offer you great quality. All items’ descriptions contain type of material, care instructions, and size charts available so you can make a more assertive choice.

In case of any questions regarding fit, color, pattern, material, etc., please make sure you reach out to us! We are here to help you!

In order to provide you with exclusivity of the items, we have decided to carry only a few quantities of the same items, and therefore our turnover of product is an average of 14 days, which is the reason for our return policy.

If for some reason you are not pleased with your purchase, Brightter accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items in its original condition with tags attached within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or STORE CREDIT ONLY (no refunds).

Items must have all original tags attached, be free of marks, makeup stains, perfumes, strong odors, deodorant marks, cigarette smoke, and animal hair. Items showing signs of wear and/or damage will not be accepted. 

• Shoes must be returned in their original box without showing any sign of wear including wear on the soles.
• Sale and Final Sale items are NOT eligible for return. They are FINAL SALE!
• All accessories, jewelry and handbags are all FINAL SALE!

Returns can be made in store or by mail. All returns are for store credit which can be used in-store or online, and the credit does not expire.

ABOUT RE:DO

RE:DO is a third party returns portal that works with us to create a seamless returns transaction.  A charge of $1.00 is automatically added to every cart. This is a non-refundable charge from RE:DO that gives the client 'unlimited returns' for their order at no additional cost. This means RE:DO will provide as many labels per order as needed, without any additional charge from the $1.00 originally at checkout.  

If you purchased the $1.00 free returns for store credit + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, there is no additional cost to return the package. You will be able to submit a return for store credit or exchange and receive a pre-paid label through our return center at no additional cost to you. 

RE:DO still abides by our return policy stated above. 

 

The client has the option to remove RE:DO from their cart.  If you didn't checkout with Re:Do, you will still go through our returns process like normal and purchase a label through them with discounted shipping rates saving you time and money! 

MAILING A RETURN BACK ON YOUR OWN?
You can ship a return back to us using whatever courier you choose should you not use our return center.
