Most items descriptions contain type of material, care instructions, and size charts available so you can make a more assertive size choice.
In case of any questions regarding fit, color, pattern, material, etc., please make sure you reach out to us! We are here to help you!
If for some reason you are not pleased with your purchase, Brightter accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items in its original condition with tags attached within 15 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit only (no refunds).
Items must have all original tags attached, be free of marks, makeup stains, perfumes, strong odors, deodorant marks, cigarette smoke, and animal hair. Items showing signs of wear and/or damage will not be accepted.
Shoes must be returned in their original box without showing any sign of wear including wear on the soles.

Returned items must be received within 14 days of return request. Any returned items not received within 14 days of return request will not be processed for return, and will be returned to customer, at customer`s expense.
Brightter is not responsible for any return shipping fees.
